When an administrator enables Auto Speaker Identification, the AI automatically identifies each speaker in the transcript of the note.
To use Auto Speaker Identification successfully, you must use the Contacts list to specify participants directly from the voice blocks in your notes so that the AI can learn each voice.
After you have specified a participant once, the AI automatically recognizes that person in subsequent meetings, allowing you to complete accurate meeting minutes without having to enter each participant's name individually.
The more participants you specify, the more accurate automatic identification will be in subsequent meetings.
Mobile App
- Tap or click a voice block with an AI icon.
- This displays the Change Participant layer.
- Search the Contacts list for the speaker of the section and select them.
PC Web
- Tap or click a voice block with an AI icon.
- This displays the Change Participant layer.
- Search the Contacts list for the speaker of the section and select them.
When you specify a participant, the audio data of that section is stored and used for AI identification learning.
The more actively you specify participants, the more accurate automatic identification will be.
Once speaker identification is complete, the screen will be updated as follows:
- The default profile image is converted to the actual profile image registered in Contacts.
- The temporary name marked as 'Participant n' changes to the actual username in Contacts.
Change participants
Results identified by AI or personally specified participant information may be corrected at any time while using the service.
When you change a participant, the participant information for that block is updated.

- Tap or click the profile icon of the voice block you want to change.
- This displays the Change Participant layer.
- Search the Contacts list for the correct speaker and select them.
PC Web
- Tap or click the profile icon of the voice block you want to change.
- This displays the Change Participant layer.
- Search the Contacts list for the correct speaker and select them.
When you change a participant, the existing voice matching data for that section is deleted, and the AI re-learns from the new participant information.
