For seamless collaboration, you can use the Message, Note, Event, Task, Folder, and mailing list features with your team members.
Only the team leader can set whether to use team features.
Mobile
- Tap 'Contacts'.
- Tap 'Company Members' at the top.
- Tap in the organization chart.
- Tap 'Manage Team'.
- Tap 'Message Room Features'.
- Change the message room features settings and tap .
- Tap 'Save'.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Contacts'.
- Click the team name of 'Company Members' on the left menu.
- Click  right to the contacts search bar.
- Change the message room features settings and click 'Save'.
Delete Team Message Room features data
The team leader can delete Message Room Note, Event, and Folder data to secure shared storage.
After deleting data, it may take some time for the changes to be reflected.

- Tap 'Delete Data'.
- Delete the data of your choice.
PC Web
- Click at the top.

- Click 'Delete Data' at the bottom right of the message room feature area.
- Delete the data of your choice.
