Send emails by group
You can send emails by a group.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Contacts'.
- Click 'Organization' in the left menu and then 'Group'.
- Check next to the name of the group with the members you want to email.
- Click 'Mail' at the top.
- Enter the subject and body, then click 'Send' to send the email.
Send messages by group
You can send messages by a group.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Contacts'.
- Click 'Organization' in the left menu and then click 'Group'.
- Check next to the name of the group with the members you want to send a message to.
- Click 'Message' at the top to create a message room.
