You can easily stay in touch by sending emails and messages to each group.

Send emails by group

You can send emails by a group.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Contacts'.
  3. Click 'Organization' in the left menu and then 'Group'.
  4. Check next to the name of the group with the members you want to email.
  5. Click 'Mail' at the top.
  6. Enter the subject and body, then click 'Send' to send the email.

Send messages by group

You can send messages by a group.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Contacts'.
  3. Click 'Organization' in the left menu and then click 'Group'.
  4. Check next to the name of the group with the members you want to send a message to.
  5. Click 'Message' at the top to create a message room.
