Scan documents

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

Using the device's camera, you can scan files such as documents, receipts, and books, and save them to Drive.

You can automatically capture the document by detecting its edges or choose the manual capture mode to scan the file at your preferred moment.

For the best quality scan, make sure to scan against a background where the document edges are clearly visible.

Scan document as JPG file

Scan multiple pages and save each page as a separate JPG file.

Drive App

  1. Tap in Drive.
  2. Tap 'Scan Document'.
  3. Tap 'Scan to JPG'.
  4. Position the document within the camera frame.
  5. Wait for the document edges to be automatically detected before capturing.
  6. Adjust the document border of the captured file or apply filters.

Scan document as PDF file

Scan a multi-page document and save it as a single PDF file.

Drive App

  1. Tap in Drive.
  2. Tap 'Scan Document'.
  3. Tap 'Scan to PDF'.
  4. Position the document within the camera frame.
  5. Wait for the document edges to be automatically detected before capturing.
  6. Adjust the document border of the captured file or apply filters.
