Settings

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

In Settings, you can change the settings on the sync folder, file notifications, and login.

Sync Folder settings

In Settings, all folders and files displayed in Drive can be synced in real time with folders on the PC.

For message room folders, sync can be set only for folders that have been set to 'View in Drive' or 'Always Show in List'.

File notifications

You can set whether to be notified when a file is uploaded or locked in a folder shared with other members.

Windows

  1. Right-click the NAVER WORKS Drive icon on the taskbar.
  2. Click 'Settings'.
  3. Change the file notification settings in 'File Notifications'.

macOS

  1. Click the Drive Explorer icon on the top menu bar.
  2. Click 'Env setup'.
  3. Change the file notification settings in 'File Notifications'.

Set up automatic conversion to Online-only

Manage PC storage capacity by automatically converting files and folders unopened for a certain period into Online-only in macOS.

macOS

  1. Click the Drive Explorer icon on the top menu bar.
  2. Click 'Env setup'.
  3. Click the 'Basic Settings' tab.
  4. Select a period on 'Automatic transition period to Online-Only'.

Login setting

You can change the Drive Explorer login-related settings.

Set whether to run Drive Explorer automatically when turning the PC on or allow multi-logins, etc.

Multi-logins are available for a maximum of 3 IPs.

  1. Right-click the NAVER WORKS Drive icon on the taskbar.
  2. Click 'Settings'.
  3. Click the 'Basic Settings' tab.
  4. In 'Login Setting', set Drive Explorer login-related settings.

macOS

  1. Click the Drive Explorer icon on the top menu bar.
  2. Click 'Env setup'.
  3. Click the 'Basic Settings' tab.
  4. In 'Login Setting', set Drive Explorer login-related settings.
