In Settings, you can adjust the sync folder, file notifications, and login preferences.
Sync folder settings
In Settings, all folders and files displayed in Drive can be synced in real time with folders on the PC.
For message room folders, sync can be set only for folders that have been set to 'View in Drive' or 'Always Show in List'.
File notifications
You can set whether to be notified when a file is uploaded or locked in a folder shared with other members.
Windows
- Right-click the NAVER WORKSÂ Drive icon on the taskbar.
- Click 'Settings'.
- Change the file notification settings in 'File Notifications'.
macOS
- Click the Drive Explorer icon in the top menu bar.
- Click 'Env setup'.
- Change the file notification settings in 'File Notifications'.
Set up automatic conversion to online-only mode
Manage your PC's storage by automatically converting files and folders that haven’t been opened for a certain period into online-only mode on macOS.
macOS
- Click the Drive Explorer icon in the top menu bar.
- Click 'Env setup'.
- Click the 'Basic Settings' tab.
- Select a period on 'Automatic transition period to Online-Only'.
Login settings
You can change the Drive Explorer login-related settings.
Set whether to automatically launch Drive Explorer when you turn on your PC, enable duplicate logins, and more.
Duplicate logins are allowed from up to 3 IP addresses.
