View details of a file/folder

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can view the details of files and folders, such as whether they have been locked or shared.

The detailed information that you are able to check is as follows. Some items may not be displayed depending on the file format or status.

  • File
    • Basic information: Type, Location, Size, Modified By, Modified, Created
    • Sharing information: Share with, Lock(Info), Share Link(Create Link, Link Settings)
    • Additional information (image files, etc.): Date taken, Width, Height
  • Folder
    • Basic information: Type, Location, Used storage, Modified By, Modified, Created
    • Sharing information: Master(s), Share with, Lock(Info), Share Link(Create Link, Link Settings)

View details

Mobile

  1. Tapof a file or folder.
  2. Tap 'Details'.

Depending on the folder type or authority, you may not be able to see the version history, file lock, file sharing, etc.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Drive'.
  3. Click on the right of a file or folder.
  4. Click 'Details'.

Drive App

  1. Tap of a file or folder.
  2. Tap 'Details'.

Open details on the right section of Drive

You can view more information and activities in 'Details'.

You can view the following information or select the following features in Details. Some items may not be displayed depending on the file format or status.

  • File information
    • Icon, file name
    • File info: Type, Location, Size, Created date, and Updated date
    • File lock, Locked date, and User who locked the file
  • Folder information
    • Type, Location, and Created date and Updated date
  • Sharing information

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Drive'.
  3. Click a file or folder to view details.
  4. Click on the top right.
