Send a file via email

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can attach files directly from Drive while composing an email.

Send a file via email

Mobile

  1. Tap  next to the file you want to send in Drive.
  2. Tap 'Send'.
  3. Tap 'Send as File'.
  4. Tap 'Mail'.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'Drive'.
  3. Hover the mouse over the file to send via email.
  4. Right-click or click .
  5. Click 'Send via Email'.

Drive Explorer

  1. Right-click the file to send.
  2. Click 'NAVER WORKS Drive > Send via Email.

Send multiple files via email

Mobile

  1. Tap and hold the file you want to send.
  2. Select the files you want to send.
  3. Tap .
  4. Tap 'Send as File'.
  5. Tap 'Mail'.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'Drive'.
  3. Select up to 100 files to send via email.
  4. Hover the mouse over the selected files.
  5. Right-click.
  6. Click 'Send via Email'.

Drive Explorer

  1. Right-click the file to send.
  2. Drag & drop the file you want to send in Drive.
  3. Click 'NAVER WORKS Drive > Send via Email'.
