Opening an OTP link requires a two-step security authentication process.

If you close the screen during the authentication process or switch screens within the app, you will have to start the authentication process over again.

Authenticate OTP link

Verify the link through security authentication.

1. Open the security link.
2. Enter the email address where the link was shared on the authentication screen.
   • If the received email with the link is from a mailing list, enter it as follows, depending on the method.
     

     Accessed via notification email	Enter the email address that received the email
     Accessed via email attachment	If the sender is an internal member: Enter your email address If the sender is a external member: Enter the email address that received the email

3. If you received an email containing an OTP number, enter the received OTP number on the authentication screen.
