Drive notification settings

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can set whether to receive Drive-related notifications.

Drive app notifications

Set whether to receive notifications from the Drive app.

Notification settings can be applied differently for each environment/device in use.

However, to receive notifications, you must first set up device notifications on your iOS or Android device.

Drive App

  1. Tap the 'More' tab at the bottom.
  2. Tap at the top right.
  3. Tap 'Notification Settings'.
  4. Enable 'Allow'.
    If you don't want to receive notifications simultaneously on NAVER WORKS mobile app, disable 'Login/Security/Administrator Notifications'.

Notifications for file unlocks

Set whether to receive a notification when a file you have locked is unlocked.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
  2. Tap at the top right.
  3. Tap 'Notification Settings'.
  4. Tap 'Notifications by Service'.
  5. Click 'Drive'.
  6. Enable or disable 'File unlock notification'.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Drive'.
  3. Click at the top right and then 'Set Notification'.
  4. Click 'Notifications by Service > Drive'.
  5. Enable or disable 'File unlock notification'.

Drive App

  1. Tap the 'More' tab at the bottom.
  2. Tap at the top right.
  3. Tap 'Notification Settings'.
  4. Enable or disable 'Notify When File is Unlocked'.

Drive Explorer

You can set whether to receive notifications for file unlocks in the Drive Explorer Settings menu.

Notifications for when you are added as a member

Set whether to receive notifications when you are added as a folder member.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
  2. Tap at the top right.
  3. Tap 'Notification Settings'.
  4. Tap 'Notifications by Service'.
  5. Click 'Drive'.
  6. Enable or disable 'Added as member notification'.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Drive'.
  3. Click at the top right and then 'Set Notification'.
  4. Click 'Notifications by Service > Drive'.
  5. Enable or disable 'Added as member notification'.

Drive App

  1. Tap the 'More' tab at the bottom.
  2. Tap at the top right.
  3. Tap 'Notification Settings'.
  4. Enable or disable 'Notify When Added as Folder Member'.

Drive Explorer

You can set whether to receive notifications on member invitations in the Drive Explorer Settings menu.
