You can add members to a specific folder in My Drive or enable co-editing.
Add members
You can add members to a specific folder. The invited members can access the folder contents, create and edit files. You can select permission to read or edit folders for each member.
Mobile
- Tap
of the folder to add members.
- Tap 'Send'.
- Tap '
Add members'. - Select the members you want to invite, and tap 'Confirm' to share the folder.
PC Web
- Click
on the top.
- Click 'Drive'.
- Click 'My Drive' in the left folder list.
- Right-click on the folder to add members, or click

- Click '
Add Members'. - Enter the names or email addresses of members, departments, or groups to add to 'Share with', or click 'Contacts' to select the invitees.
- Click 'OK'.

Add folder members
After sharing a folder, you can always add new members to the folder.
Mobile

to view the members who were added to the folder.

You can check the list of members in the shared folder and select the permission to read or write for each member.

Select permission for each added member
You can select permission to edit or read the shared folder for each member.
The default is set to 'Editable'.

You can also tapof the shared folder in the list to tap 'Share' and then 'Manage sharing folder'.

next to the member you want to change the permission given.
- Select the permission.
- Edit: Permission to upload, download, edit, and delete files/folders.
- View: Permission to only download files.

- Click 'Edit' of the member to change permission.

Delete added members from a folder
You can delete members from shared folders.
Mobile
- Open a folder with added members, and tap

To delete a member, you can also tapof the folder from the shared folder list. Tap 'Share' and then 'Manage sharing folder'.

next to the member you want to delete.
- Tap 'Delete from shared members' to delete the member from the shared folder.
PC Web

- Click 'x' next to the member you want to delete.
- Click 'OK'.

Unshare a folder
You can unshare a folder.
Mobile

of the shared folder.
- Tap 'Send'.
- Tap 'Folder Members'.
- Tap 'Unshare' to unshare.

- Click 'Drive'.
- Click 'My Drive' in the left folder list.
- Right-click on the folder to unshare, or click

- Click 'Folder Members'.
- Click 'Cancel share'.
- Click 'OK'.

of the folder to unshare.
- Tap 'Share'.
- Tap 'Folder Members'.
- Tap 'Unshare'.
Rename a shared folder
The Master who added members to a folder can rename the folder by clicking 'Rename'. The folder name displayed to added members will also change.
