View or remove a folder shared by others with you

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can view all folders shared with you or you can leave those folders.

View folders shared with you

You can check the folders you were added as a member to in Collaborative Drives.
Folders you were added as a member to are indicated with .

Mobile

  1. Tap  in Drive.
  2. Tap  'Share', and then tap .
  3. Tap 'Shared by Others'.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Drive'.
  3. Click 'Collaborative Drive' on the left folder list of Drive.

Drive App

  1. Tap 'Collaborative Drive' on the bottom.

View members added to a folder

Mobile

  1. Tap  in Drive.
  2. Tap  'Share'.
  3. Tap the folder to view the list of members.
  4. Tap  to check the members.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Drive'.
  3. Click 'Collaborative Drive' on the left folder list of Drive.
  4. Click  on the top right of the folder that members were added to.
  5. Click 'View Members' in Details to check the members.

Drive App

  1. Select the folder for which you want to check the members.
  2. Tap on the top right.
  3. Tap 'Details and Activities'.
  4. Tapon the right of 'Add Members'.
  5. Check the list of members.
The member who shared the folder will display 'Folder Master(s)' next to their name. The members who were added to the folder cannot change the permission to read/write of other members and themselves.

Leave a folder that was shared with you

If you no longer want to use a folder that you were added to as a member, you can leave the folder.

Mobile

  1. Tapof the folder you were added to.
  2. Tap 'Leave Folder' to stop sharing.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Drive'.
  3. Click 'Collaborative Drive' on the left folder list of Drive.
  4. Right-click on the folder that you want to leave or click .
  5. Click 'Leave Folder'.
  6. Click 'Confirm'.

Drive App

  1. Tap of the folder that you want to leave.
  2. Tap 'Leave Folder'.
