This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can download files, including photos, videos, documents, and more, stored in Drive to your device.

On mobile devices, file 'Download' may be restricted depending on administrator settings.

Features related to 'Download' are not displayed on devices without permission.

Download photos and videos from lists

You can download photos and videos stored in Drive to your device.

From the list of files in Drive, tap right to the photo or video you want to download.
Tap 'Download'.
The downloaded photos and video files from your iOS device are saved in the 'Photos' app.

Tap next to the file you want to download in the file list on Drive.
Download a photo or video file to your device.
- Android: Tap 'Download'.
- iOS: Select the location to download the file.

Download documents and other files from lists

Tap right to the file you want to download in the file list on Drive.
Tap 'Download'.
Documents and other files downloaded from your iOS device are saved in the 'Files' app.

Tap next to the file you want to download in the file list on Drive.
Download documents and other files.
- Android: Tap 'Download'.
- iOS: Tap 'Save to Files'.

You can download multiple files at once.

Long-press the file you want to download in the file list on Drive.
Tap and select the files to download.
You can also press 'Select All' at the top right to select all the files that appear on the screen.
Tap at the bottom.
If a file or folder that cannot be downloaded is selected, will not be displayed.
On iOS devices, if all selected files are photos or videos, they will be saved to the 'Photos' app. If any other files are mixed in, they will be saved to the 'Files' app.

Select the file you want to download from the file list on Drive. To select all files, click at the top left.
- Show items in a list: Click at the far left of the file you want to download in the file list.
- Show items as icons: Hover the mouse over the file, then click at the top left that appears.
Click 'Download' at the top of the list or right-click on one of the files and then click 'Download'.

Long-press the file you want to download in the file list on Drive.
Tap and select the files.
You can also select all files on the screen by pressing 'Select All' at the top right.
Perform 'Download' on the selected files.
- Android: Tap at the bottom.
- iOS: Tap at the bottom. Tap 'Save to Photos' or 'Save to Files' depending on where you want to save the file.

You can download files while checking files saved in Drive.

Tap the file you want to view in Drive.
Tap at the bottom right to save the photo or video to your device.
If preview is not available, the file will be downloaded immediately when tapped.

Tap the file in Drive.
Save the file.
- Android: Tap at the bottom.
- iOS: Tap at the top right, then select the location where you want to download the file.
