Share form results

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

When form creators share a link to the results, every member including non-respondents can view the results.

However, members who accessed via link can only view the result summary.

Share results

When sharing the form results, all internal members who have accessed using the shared link can view the form results.

Mobile

  1. Tap    in Form.
  2. Tap 'My Forms'.
  3. Tap 'Results' of the form you want to share.
    Among My Forms, tap 'Form List' and then 'Results' for recurring forms.
  4. Tap 'Share Results'.
  5. Tap 'OK' and then share the form link according to your preferred method.
    • Send via message: Only available for forms created in the given message room. This choice automatically sends a link on the form results to the message room in which the form was created.
    • Copy URL: This choice copies the link on the form results. Paste and share the copied URL as you would like.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click ‘Form’.
  3. Click 'My Forms' on the left menu.
  4. Click 'Results' of the form you want to share.
    Among My Forms, click 'Form List' and then 'Results' for recurring forms.
  5. Click 'Share Results'.
  6. Click 'OK' and then share the form link according to the way you prefer.
    • Send via message: Only available for forms created in the given message room. This choice automatically sends a link on the form results to the message room in which the form was created.
    • Copy URL: This choice copies the link on the form results. Paste and share the copied URL as you would like.

End results sharing

You can end results sharing.

Once the results sharing ends, members can no longer view results via the previously shared link.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Stop sharing results' on the bottom of the form results.
  2. Tap 'OK'.

PC Web

  1. Click 'Stop sharing results' on the bottom of the form results.
  2. Click 'OK'.
