You can compose your form with 5 types of questions and add or copy up to 200 questions.

Also, you can set questions as required, multiple choices, and branching questions. For the order of questions, you can change freely as you want.

Add or edit questions

There must be at least 1 question in a form.
The types of questions you can create include multiple choice, open-ended, scheduled polls, dropdowns, ratings, date/time entry, and image attachments.

Question type	Answer type
Multiple Choice	The respondent selects one or more answers from a given list of choices.
Free response	The respondent directly enters the answer. You can limit the answers to only numbers.
Schedule vote	The respondent selects one or multiple schedules from a given schedule.
Dropdown	The respondent selects one answer from the drop-down list.
Rating	The respondent gives a rating to the question.
Enter a date & time	The respondent enters the schedule directly.
Attach image	The respondent attaches an image.

For multiple choice and dropdown questions, you can add or edit answer choices.

Set questions as required

Form creators can set each question as required.

At the bottom of the Question, turn on 'Required' to make it necessary for the respondents to answer the question.

Questions set as required have the * mark at the left of the question title.

Allow multiple answers

You can allow the respondents select multiple answer choices for a question. However, multiple answers are only available for multiple choice and schedule type questions.

Enable 'Multiple' below the question.

Limit the number of multiple answers

For questions with 'Multiple' setting on, you can set 'Unlimited number of selections' to limit respondents to only select a specific number of answers.

Press 'Unlimited number of selections' at the bottom of the question to select the limit type.

• Limit by count: Respondents can select answers only up to the number entered.
• Limit by range: Respondents can select answers within the entered number range.

Rearrange the order of questions

You can change the order of questions.

Copy questions

You can copy existing questions to add new questions.

The question title, description, answer choices, and images in answer choices are copied to the new question.

Delete questions

You can delete questions.

When you delete a question with a response submitted, the corresponding response will also be deleted and cannot be restored.

Add next question

The 'Add Question' function allows you to add new questions quickly wherever you want.

Branching question settings

Set up branching questions to show the page appropriate for the answer choice that the form participants have chosen.

You can set up branching questions only after adding pages.

The branching question setting is only available for the 'Multiple Choice', 'Schedule Vote', 'Dropdown', 'Rating' question types that only allow one answer choice to be selected.
