Document Viewer

With Document Viewer, you can view documents on NAVER WORKS without opening an external program.

On mobile, the device's default viewer or associated program opens first.

To use the NAVER WORKS Document Viewer on the mobile app, go to 'Admin > Security > File Security' and enable the' Restrict file download on mobile app' or 'Watermark' feature.

Supported files

The file extensions supported by NAVER WORKS Document Viewer are as follows.

  • MS Office files (DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX)
  • NAVER Office files (NDOC)
  • PDF files (PDF)
  • Hangul files (HWP, HWPX)
  • Other files (CSV, TXT)

Using Document Viewer

Document Viewer can be used in all services within NAVER WORKS.

Mobile App

  1. Check the file you want to open with Document Viewer in the service you are using.
  2. Tap the document file.

PC Web

  1. Check the file you want to open with Document Viewer in the service you are using.
  2. Double-click the document file or click right to the file.
