Image profile card

An image profile card refers to a profile in the image format. You can share business cards online using the image profile card feature.

By using an image profile card, you can easily start a conversation with acquaintances or external contacts.

There are 4 types of image profile card templates available: 'Square', 'Landscape', 'Portrait', and 'Business card'.

Template Image Information provided
Square My profile image, name, job title, main organization, company logo or company name, My Message ID, and My QR code
Landscape My profile image, name, job title, main organization, company logo or company name, My Message ID, and My QR code
Portrait My profile image, name, job title, main organization, company logo or company name, My Message ID, and My QR code
Business card Name, multi-language main name, job title, main organization, company logo or company name, email address, phone number, My QR code

Of the above, the information updated by the actual user is displayed except for the company logo.

Please note that the image profile card is only available if the administrator granted permission to chat with LINE users or external NAVER WORKS users in the Admin.

 

Share image profile card

You can save your image profile card to your device or share it on other apps.

However, sharing is only available on the mobile app. Also, if the administrator restricts the file download on the mobile app, you cannot save the image profile card to your device.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
  2.  Tap your name or profile picture.
  3. Tap 'Image Profile Card' in the 'My Profile' screen.
  4. Select among Square, Landscape, Portrait, or Business card.
  5. Save as an image or share.
    • Save as Image: Download the generated image profile card as a file.
    • Share: Share an image profile card on other apps installed on your device.
