Create by copying an existing template

You can create a new template by copying an existing one and editing its contents.

Copy an existing template to create a company template

If you want to create a 'Company' template by editing the contents of an existing template, you can use the copy function to create a new 'Company' template.

Mobile

  1. Among the templates in each tab, tap of the template you want to use again.
  2. Tap 'Copy'.
  3. Tap 'Company' as the copy destination, and then tap 'Confirm'.
  4. Make changes to the existing template.
  5. Tap 'Complete' to create a new 'Company' template.

PC Web

  1. From the list of templates, click of the template you want to use again.
  2. Click 'Copy'.
  3. Click 'Company' as the copy destination, and then click 'Confirm'.
  4. Make changes to the existing template.
  5. Click 'Complete' to create a new 'Company' template.

PC App

  1. From the list of templates, click of the template you want to use again.
  2. Click 'Copy'.
  3. Click 'Company' as the copy destination, and then click 'Confirm'.

Copy an existing template to create a team/group template

If you want to create a 'Team/Group' template by editing the contents of an existing template, you can use the copy function to create a new 'Team/Group' template.

Enable 'Enable editing' at the bottom to give all team/group members permission to edit the template.

  1. Among the templates in each tab, tap of the template you want to use again.
  2. Tap 'Copy'.
  3. Tap 'Team/Group' as the copy destination, and then tap 'Select Team/Group'.
  4. Tap the name of the Team/Group and then 'Confirm' to create a template.
  5. Customize the content freely.
  6. Tap 'Complete' to create a new 'Team/Group' template.

PC Web
