A template is a document format that can be used across Message, Note, and Board services.
Create a template that suits your business needs and select it to fill in the content later.
You can send templates in message rooms or include them in the body of notes in Note and posts in Board.
Access from Message
In a message room, select a template that suits your business purpose, write the content, and send it.
Mobile
- Tap in the message entry field.
- Tap .
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Message'.
- In the list of message rooms, click the message room for which you want to use the template.
- Click at the top right.
- Click 'Templates'.
PC App
- Click at the top left of the screen.
- In the list of message rooms, click the message room for which you want to use the template.
- Click at the top right.
- Click 'Template'.
Access from Note
In Note, select a template that suits your business needs while writing a note, complete the content, and insert it into the body.
Mobile
- Tap in the message room.
- Tap 'Note'.
- Tap in Note.
- Tap the body entry field and then that shows up at the top of the keyboard.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Message'.
- Select the message room where you want to write notes from the message room list.
- Click 'Write' at the right.

Access from Board
In Board, select a template that suits your business needs while writing a post to fill in the content and add as post content.
Mobile
- Tap 'Board'.
- Â Tap .
- Tap the body entry field and then that shows up at the top of the keyboard.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Write' from the left menu and select the board.
- Click at the right.
