Widget

In NAVER WORKS, you can add important information or frequently used functions as widgets and view them on the Home screen.

List of widgets

Service Name Description
Collaboration Today You can gather the important tasks you need to work on today.

The following information for each service will be loaded.

  • Board: Up to 1 unread must-read post
  • Calendar: Today’s event
  • Task: Up to 2 incomplete tasks due today
  • Form: Up to 1 form awaiting response, with a deadline set for today
AiStudio This feature is available after applying for AiStudio.

You can view the list of all AI Assistants available to you and start a chat with an AI Assistant.
Tap the text box to enter the screen where you can chat.

  • AI Assistant list: List of up to 5 available AI Assistants sorted by the most recent
Add Contact You can quickly access the screen to add internal or external users.
The widget is displayed only if the member has the permission to invite or chat with external users.

  • Add company members: Add company members to your organization chart
  • Collaborate with external people: Add a LINE user or an external NAVER WORKS user as a contact

Default List of approval and received documents

  • Tap each document count to move to its document box.
Default (When using the Attendance service and selecting 'Mobile' for the clock-in/out method in the work type settings) Clock-in/out information

  • : It is displayed if there are days when working hours are not added during the calculation period according to the work type (days when you were not absent but you have not added clock-in or clock-out time). You need to add working hours in the attendance status or fill out the 'work result request form'.
  • Clock-in/out: Tap this button to add the clock-in/out times (refer to Clock-in/out widget).
  • PAUSE: This button is displayed when your work type checks both clock-in and clock-out, and allows the addition of personal breaks. Tap this button to pause working hours, and tap it again to end your break time and resume working hours.
Default (When using the Attendance service) My remaining annual leave (remaining leave for part-timers) information

  • Tap this to fill out the 'Time Off form'. For part-timers, tap this to move to the 'Create Vacation for Part-timer' page.
Default (When using the Attendance service) My working hours (average remaining hours per day, cumulative hours during the calculation period)
Default (When using the Expense service) Number of my expense settlements for the month

  • For a corporate group, the total number of expense settlements of the entire group is displayed
  • Tap this to go to ‘My Work > Expense Management > Expense Settlement Status’.
Default (When using the Expense service, using Corporate Card Linkage or holding a corporate card) My corporate card usage/settlement/unsettled payment

  • For a corporate group, the total number of expenses used, settled, and unsettled by the entire group is displayed.
  • Tap this to go to ‘My Work > Expense Management > Corporate Card History’.

Widget settings

You can set whether to use the widget and the order.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Widget Settings'.
  4. Set the widget to display in 'Home'.
    • Widgets Added to Home: These are the widgets being displayed. Tap in 'Hidden Widgets' to add a widget to display.
    • Hidden Widgets: These are the widgets that are not displayed.
      • Android: For the widgets to hide, tap icon in 'Widgets Added to Home'.
      • iOS: For the widgets to hide, tap in 'Widgets Added to Home' and then 'Delete’.
  5. To adjust the order, long-press right to the widget and place it.
  6. Tap 'Save'.
