Organize mailboxes

If your mailbox is running out of space, you can organize emails by moving or deleting them all at once according to specific conditions.

With the 'Organize' function, you can secure more storage space by permanently deleting emails that have already been deleted or moved to Trash.

Organize your mailbox

The 'Organize' function is available for 'All' at the top of the mailbox list.

Organize unread emails

You can group unread emails by sender.
Select the list to delete or mark all unread emails as read at once.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Hover the mouse over 'All'.
  4. Click to open the 'Bulk Actions' window.
  5. In the 'Unread' list under the 'Unread Emails' tab, click the senders of the emails you want to organize.
  6. Click 'Read' or 'Delete' for the selected emails.

Organize emails by period

You can organize emails that you received before or during a specific period.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Hover the mouse over 'All'.
  4. Click to open the 'Bulk Actions' window.
  5. Click the 'Old Emails' tab.
  6. Select the mailbox you want to organize.
  7. Select a period.
  8. Select how to organize the emails. You can move the emails to a new mailbox, an existing mailbox, or Trash.
  9. Click 'OK'.

Organize emails by sender

You can delete or move emails you received from a specific email address.

Delete emails sent from a specific email address

You can delete emails you received from a specific email address.
You can set the retention period for the deleted emails in 'PC Web > Settings > Mail> Preferences> Delete/Store > Automatically Empty Trash'

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Select the emails you want to organize in Mail.
  4. Click 'More' at the top of the screen.
  5. Click 'Organize Email from This Sender'.
  6. Click the 'Delete' tab.
  7. Select the mailbox you want to delete next to 'Select Mailbox'. You can select between 'Current' and 'All'.
  8. For 'Apply to', select between 'All emails' and 'Unread emails'.
  9. Click 'OK'.

Move emails sent from a specific email address

You can move emails you received from a specific email address.

You can use this function in 'Filter Rules' as well.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Select the emails you want to organize in Mail.
  4. Click 'More' at the top of the screen.
  5. Click 'Organize Email from This Sender'.
  6. Click the 'Move' tab.
  7. Select the mailbox you want to move next to from 'Select mailbox'. You can also create a new mailbox.
  8. For 'Apply to', select between 'All emails' and 'Unread emails'.
  9. Set whether to move all emails sent by the sender in the future by selecting 'Move all emails from the selected sender to [Selected mailbox] from now on'.
  10. Click 'OK'.
