Translate emails

This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can auto-translate emails.

The following languages are supported for translation: English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), French, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Translate an email

Detect the language and translate an email automatically.
By default, only the most recent email in threads are translated.

Mobile

  1. Open an email and tap  .
  2. Tap 'Translate'.
    To change the translation language, tap the language at the top right. If you want to translate the entire email, tap 'Recent' at the top right and select 'Translate All'.
    Tap 'View Original' to view the original text again.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Click an email in Mail.
  4. Open the email, and click 'Translate' at the top right.
    To change the translation language, click the language at the top right. If you want to translate the entire content of the email, select 'All' in 'Translation scope' at the top right to change the translation scope.
    Click 'View Original Email' to view the original text again.

Disable email translation

You can disable the translation function.

Mobile

Tap at the top right of the translated email. Then tap 'Disable Translation'.

PC Web

Click at the top right in Mail.
