Manage My Mailbox

This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can create your own mailbox under My Mailbox and manage emails by moving them to the created mailboxes according to each purpose.

Create a new mailbox

You can create a new mailbox under My Mailbox to store emails.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in Mail.
  2. Tap 'Set My Mailbox' under the My Mailbox section.
  3. Tap .
  4. Enter a name for the mailbox and select a location.
  5. Tap 'Save' to create the new mailbox.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Hover the mouse over 'My Mailbox' and then click  that appears next to My Mailbox.
  4. Enter a name for the mailbox in the 'New mailbox' field.

You can enter up to 100 characters for the name. The name cannot contain '/'. Mailboxes can have up to 5 levels of hierarchy.

Edit My Mailbox

You can edit the name and location of the mailboxes you created.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in Mail.
  2. Tap 'Set My Mailbox' under the My Mailbox section.
  3. Tap the mailbox you want to edit.
  4. Edit the mailbox name and select a location.
  5. Tap 'Save' to edit the mailbox.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Hover the mouse over the mailbox you want to edit.
  4. Clickand then 'Edit name' to edit.
    To move the location, click the mailbox and drag it to the place of your choice.

Delete My Mailbox

You can delete the mailboxes you created.

Mobile

  1. Tap  in Mail.
  2. Tap 'Set My Mailbox' under the My Mailbox section.
  3. Tap the mailbox you want to delete.
  4. Tap 'Delete Mailbox' to delete the mailbox.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Hover the mouse over the mailbox you want to delete.
  4. Clickand then 'Delete'.

Deleting a mailbox will also delete all of its included sub-mailboxes. All deleted mailboxes and sub-mailboxes are stored in Trash.
