Use Mail with secondary domain

This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can send and receive emails using a secondary domain other than the NAVER WORKS email you are using.
When replying to an email received in a secondary domain, the secondary domain email address is automatically selected.
This feature requires administrator setup .

Send an email with a secondary domain

You can use this feature if you have permission to send emails from addresses other than your own, such as those associated with a secondary domain or a group or team's mailing list.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Change' next to 'From' in the compose email screen.
  2. Select the email address you want to use as the sender from the list.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Click 'Compose' in Mail.
  4. Click the email address next to 'From' on the compose email screen.
  5. Select the email address you want to use as the sender from the list.

You can also track with read receipts for emails sent using your secondary domain.

Check the mail received in the secondary domain

Emails received to secondary domains will also be stored in your existing inbox.

Mobile

On the email list, the secondary domain is displayed in front of the email content.

PC Web

The secondary domain will be displayed in front of the email subject.
