Use subdomains for Mail

This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

Aside from the NAVER WORKS email that you are currently using, you can also use a subdomain to send and receive emails. When replying to an email sent to a subdomain, the subdomain’s email address will be automatically selected. This feature requires the administrator’s setting.

Send an email using a subdomain

You can use this feature if you are authorized to send emails aside from your own address using your subdomain, the mailing list of a group or organization, etc.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Change' next to 'From' in the Compose Mail screen.
  2. Select the email address from the list to use as the sender.

PC Web

  1. Click  on the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Click 'Compose' in Mail.
  4. Click the email address next to 'From' on the Compose Mail screen.
  5. Select the email address from the list to use as the sender.

You can also track with read receipts for emails sent using your subdomain.

View emails sent to a subdomain

Emails sent to a subdomain are also saved in your inbox.

Mobile

On the email list, a subdomain is displayed in front of the email content.

PC Web

A subdomain is displayed in front of the email subject.
