On NAVER WORKS mobile app, you can access external emails from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.
However, this feature is only available if the administrator has enabled syncing with external email servers like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. The external email account must match your NAVER WORKS account.
You cannot use NAVER WORKS Mail and an external email simultaneously.
Sync external emails
You can only sync with an account that matches your NAVER WORKS account.
Mobile
- Tap  in Home.
- Tap 'Sync External Email'.
- Enter the account information and password for the external account you want to sync.
Depending on Google Workspace privacy and security policies, you may need to complete additional verification steps or provide user consent.
View external emails
After syncing your external email, you can use the NAVER WORKS Mail as the following.
However, you may not be able to use some of the features under the following conditions.
- When using an external email, some NAVER WORKS functions (e.g., VIP, reminder, translation, report as spam, schedule to send, and filter) may be restricted.
- The mobile security policy will be applied according to the values set by the administrator in NAVER WORKS Admin.
- When searching for an email, you can search within the mailbox you are currently viewing.
