Automatically forward emails

Use automatic email forwarding if you want to redirect emails to a different address or share all incoming emails with someone.

When automatic email forwarding is enabled, all incoming emails will be forwarded to the specified email address.

If the email filter is set, emails will be automatically forwarded after auto-filtering.

Automatic email forwarding settings

You can add only 1 address to forward emails automatically.

The mailing list of a team or group cannot be added to the forwarding address. To add an external email address, the administrator must grant permission in 'Service Authority > External forwarding'.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Mail'.
  3. Click at the top right.
  4. Click 'Manage/Filter Emails > Auto-Forward'.
  5. Enable 'Use forwarding'.
  6. Enter an email address or click 'Contacts' and select an email address as the address to forward to. If you entered an external email address, click 'Send Verification Code' and enter the verification number sent to that email.
  7.  Choose how to handle the original versions of the forwarded emails.
    • Save original: The original forwarded email is saved in the inbox or the destination specified in the automatic email filter.
    • Delete original (Move to Trash): The original of the forwarded email is moved to Trash.
  8. Click 'Save'.
