For management purposes, the administrator can edit or delete posts published by other members, while the Board Managers can only edit or delete posts on the boards they manage.
Move a post
For management purposes, both administrators and Board Managers can move posts published by other members. However, Board Managers can only move posts within the boards they manage.
Mobile App
- Tap and hold a post in the posts list.
- Select the post to move and tap .
- Select the board name to move the post to and tap 'Move'.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Board'.
- On the left menu, click the board that the post you want to move is published in.
- Click
left to the post you want to move, and then 'Move'. - Select the board to move the post to, and click 'Move'.
Edit a post
For management purposes, the administrator and the Board Managers can edit posts published by other members.
Administrator can edit a member's post to change the content, mark it as a must-read, and control whether comments are allowed.
However, Board Managers can only edit posts on the boards they manage.
Delete a post
For management purposes, the administrator and the Board Managers can delete posts published by other members. Deleted posts can be found in Trash.
Restore a deleted post
The administrator and the Board Managers can restore posts deleted by other members from Trash.
However, they can only restore the deleted posts within the Trash retention period. The retention period depends on the administrator's settings.
Permanently delete a post
Posts moved to the Trash are permanently deleted after the retention period set by the administrator.
The administrator and the Board Managers can permanently delete posts deleted by other members from Trash even within the retention period.
Permanently deleted posts cannot be restored.
