This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.
You can send a message from a message room with multiple members to Note.
Save important messages to Note for convenience, as members cannot to view messages after the retention period set by the administrator expires, and finding shared messages in message rooms can be difficult.
Mobile
- Long-press a message you want to send to Note.
- Tap 'Note'.
- If there are other messages to send, select and tap 'Confirm'.
- Select whether to save them as a new post or as a comment on an existing post.
- To save as a new post, select 'Send as new post', and tap 'Confirm' The compose window will open with the selected messages inserted in the body.
- To save as a comment on an existing post, select the post and tap 'Confirm' to open the comment field of the post with the selected messages inserted in the comment box.
- Save the post or comment after editing.
PC Web
- Click
at the top. - Click 'Message'.
- Click a message room from the message room list.
- Right-click the message you want to forward in the message room.
Alternatively, if you place the mouse next to the message,
will appear. Then click the icon. - Click 'Send to Note'.
- If you have other messages to save, select and click 'Send to Note'.
- In the 'Send to Note' window, select whether to save them as a new post or as a comment on an existing post.
- To save as a new post, select 'Send as new post' and click 'OK'. The compose window will open with the selected messages inserted in the body.
- To save as a comment on an existing post, select the post and click 'OK' to open the comment field of the post with the selected messages inserted in the comment box.
- Click 'Save' to save as a new post, or press the Enter on the keyboard to post the comment.
PC App
- Click
at the top left of the screen. - Click a message room from the message room list.
- Right-click the message you want to forward in the message room.

- To save as a comment on an existing post, select the post and click 'OK' to open the comment field of the post with the selected messages inserted in the comment box.
- Click 'Save' to save as a new post, or press the Enter on the keyboard to comment.
You can select up to 50 messages at a time to save them as a new post or comment in Note. Also, you can save text, images, files, audio, and video files.
