Check the storage usage of folder and trash

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

Check the used capacity of a folder

You can check the folder's usage.

Mobile

  1. Tap in a message room.
  2. Tap .
  3. Check 'Used Storage' in the folder.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room from the list at the left.
  4. Click the 'Folder' tab right of the message room.
  5. Check the folder's usage with 'Capacity' at the bottom of the folder list.

 

Check the storage usage of Trash.

You can check the usage capacity of Trash.

Mobile

  1. Tap in a message room.
  2. Tap .
  3. Check the storage usage for 'Trash' in the folder.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room from the list at the left.
  4. Click the 'Folder' tab right of the message room.
  5. Check the used storage for Trash in 'Trash' at the bottom of the folders list.
