Team leaders and Group Masters can set whether to use Team/Group Folder
The usage settings for message room folders that are not associated with a team or group cannot be changed.
Set whether to use Team Folder
The team leader can set whether to use Folder.
Mobile
- Tap in the team message room.
- Tap .
- Tap 'Manage Team'.
- Tap 'Message Room Features'.
- Enable or disable 'Folder'.
- Tap 'Save' to save changes.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Message'.
- Click the team message room from the message room list.
- Click
at the top right of the message room. - Click 'Manage Team'.
- In 'Message Room Features', click 'Use' or 'Do not use' to enable or disable 'Folder'.
- Click 'Save' to save changes.
