You can change settings or delete links for each link you're sharing.
You can view the activity history of what the recipient did on the page accessed through the link.
The administrator can set whether to allow the link sharing function, set the link expiration date, or restrict access of the link in Admin.
Link settings
Access permissions
You can select one of the following access permissions to ensure security when sharing a link.
Depending on the administrator’s setting, some access permissions may not be available.
- Public (Password can be set)
- Company Members
- Accessible via OTP verification
Regardless of the access permission settings, you may be unable to access a link for the following reasons.
- If the person who shared the link has deleted the link
- If the link was deleted because the expiration date has passed
- If you are not permitted to access the link as the access permission for the link has been changed
- (Security links) If you are excluded from the shared members
- (Security links) If you are accessing from a browser other than the first verified browser
Expiration date
You can select the from unlimited, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days.
Depending on the administrator's settings, you may not be able to set a valid period.
Edit permission scope
By default, links are created with edit permissions, and permissions can be set for security and usability considerations.
The permission options available depend on whether you are sharing a folder or a file via a link.

View and change link settings
You can change access, expiration, and editing permissions for the links you share.
To change a regular link to an OTP link or to change an OTP link to a regular link, you must delete and recreate the link.

next to the folder or file of the shared link.
- Tap 'Send'.
- Tap 'Manage and Send Link' and view details.
- Change access, expiration, and edit permissions.
- Tap 'Confirm' to change link settings.
Unshare a link
If you no longer want to share files and folders that you have shared via a link, you can unshare them by deleting the link to the file or folder.

- Tap 'Send'.
- Tap 'Manage and Send Link'.
- Tap 'Delete Link' to unshare the link.
Check link history
You can check the activity history for the last 6 months within the shared link.
You can check the history of activities before the link expires.
Once you delete a link, the sharing history for the link will also be deleted.
