Upload photos and files

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

You can upload photos, videos, and files from your device.

This function is not available if the administrator has restricted file transfers in external group folders or file uploads on mobile devices.

You can upload an unlimited number of files at once, with a maximum file size of 10 GB per file.

Upload photos and videos

You can upload photos or videos stored on your device, or take photos or videos to upload.

Mobile

  1. Tap in the message room folder.
  2. Tap 'Select Photo/Video' to upload photos or videos from your device, or 'Take Photo/Video' to take a photo or video and upload.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click the 'Folder' tab at the top right to the message room.
  4. Click 'Create new' at the top right.
  5. Select an item.
    • New folder
    • Upload file

You can also drag and drop files or folders from your PC to upload them.

Mobile

  1. Tap in the message room folder.
  2. To upload a file from your device, tap 'Upload File'.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click the 'Folder' tab at the top right to the message room.
  4. Click 'Create new' at the top right.
  5. Select an item.
    • New folder
    • Upload file

You can also drag and drop files or folders from your PC to upload them.

Uploading per folder is only available in Drive.
