Forward messages

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

You can forward text, stickers, photos, videos, and files from messages to other message rooms.

Quickly share via forwarding without having to copy text directly or capture a screen.

If you select the 'Forward by Binding' setting, all messages, including the sender, date, and message room name, will be bundled together and forwarded.

If you disable the 'Forward by Binding' setting, the selected messages will be sent individually, one by one. User information, such as the message sender, is not included, and you can select a maximum of 5 messages at a time.

The bundled forwarding feature is not available for messages with LINE or external NAVER WORKS users.
You can select up to 5 destinations to forward to at a time.

Mobile

  1. Long-press the message you want to forward in the message room.
  2. Tap 'Forward'. 'Forward' is displayed only to messages that can be forwarded.
  3. Select whether to set 'Forward by Binding'.
  4. Select messages you want to forward and tap 'Confirm'.
  5. Select the contact or message room you want to forward the message to and tap 'Confirm' to forward the message.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room from the message room list.
  4. Right-click the message you want to forward in the message room.
    Alternatively, if you place the mouse next to the message, will appear. Then click the icon.
  5. Select whether to set 'Forward by Binding'.
  6. Select messages you want to forward and click 'Forward'.
  7. Select a contact or a message room and click 'Forward' to forward the messages.

PC App

  1. Click at the top left of the screen.
  2. Click a message room from the message room list.
  3. Right-click the message you want to forward in the message room.
    Alternatively, if you place the mouse next to the message, will appear. Then click the icon.
  4. You can also drag multiple messages with your mouse and right-click them.
  5. Select whether to set 'Forward by Binding'.
  6. Select a contact or a message room and click 'Forward'.

Quickly forward photos and videos

Mobile

  1. Tap next to a photo or a video you want to forward from the message room.
  2. Select a contact or message room to forward.
