In the message room, you can send photos and videos directly from your device or take a picture with your camera and send it immediately.
You can also message photos and videos from a folder or drive.
If you send 2 or more photos at once, they will be sent as a bundle.
Videos will be transferred separately from photos, and photos transferred from a folder or Drive will not be bundled together.

Mobile
- Tap
in the message room. - Select a photo from below the message entry field.
- If you need to edit the photo, use the functions below and tap 'Apply'.

Send photos/videos taken with the camera app
Mobile

in the message room. - Tap 'Camera' to take a photo or video using the camera app and send it.
You can also tap and select 
to take a photo or video.
Videos recorded in HEVC format may not be playable on other devices. In device camera settings, deselect 'High Efficiency' before taking a picture.
Edit photos
You can edit and send photos on the spot.
Mobile
- Tap in the message room. Select a photo or tap to take a photo.
- Edit the photo using the tools below. Tap 'Apply' after editing the photo.

Send a screenshot
In the PC app, you can capture screenshots or create animated GIFs to send via messages or save on your PC.
You can also edit the screenshot before sending it.
Display setting for the NAVER WORKS app
When you take a screenshot, you can automatically hide the NAVER WORKS PC app window.
PC App
- Click at the top left of the screen.
- Click a message room from the message room list.
- Click â–¼ right to
of the message entry field at the top. Then click 'Hide this window during screen capture'. If you prefer not to hide the app screen, uncheck the option.

- Click where you want to start capturing the screen and drag the mouse to select a range.
After selecting the range, you will see a menu icon. - Click

If the cursor is in a + shape, press the Esc key (Windows) or Esc (Mac) to stop capturing.
If you see a menu icon, click the 'X' icon within the menu.
The maximum number and file size of photos and videos that can be shared
You can send up to 20 photos, videos, and files at once. The maximum size per file depends on the limit set by the administrator.
When sending photos, video files, etc., the number and size that can be sent per minute are limited to prevent abnormal use.
