Automatic replies to external messages

If you receive messages during specific days and times, you can automatically send pre-set replies about your availability or out-of-office status.

You can also use the automatic reply feature on public holidays to send responses throughout the day.

Set different times and message content for internal and external contacts.

Note that automatic replies are only sent for messages received in 1:1 message rooms.

Automatic replies to internal communications

Set up automatic replies for 1:1 messages from company members.

Set up automatic replies for messages from company members

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
  2. Tap  at the top right.
  3. Tap 'Auto-Reply'.
  4. Tap 'Auto-Reply to Internal Messages'.
  5. Enable 'Auto-Reply to Internal Messages'.
  6. Set the automatic reply schedule and compose the reply content.
    1. Tap 'Add Hours' at the bottom of the auto-response time menu to set the days and times for automatic message sending. When 'All-Day' is enabled, messages will be sent automatically 24 hours a day on the selected days.
    2. Select whether to enable 'Auto-Reply on Holidays'. When 'Auto-Reply on Holidays' is enabled, messages will be sent automatically 24 hours on holidays, regardless of the auto-response time.
    3. Enter the content to be sent as a message in 'Auto-Reply Message'.
  7. Tap 'Save' to save the time you set and what you wrote.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click at the top right.
  4. Click at the right of 'Auto-Reply to Internal Messages'.
  5. Enable 'Auto-Reply to Internal Messages'.
  6. Add an automatic reply time by clicking 'Add Hours' right to the automatic time reply menu.
    1. Set the days and times that messages will be sent automatically. If you enable 'All-day', messages will be sent automatically for 24 hours on the selected days of the week.
    2. Click 'Save' to save changes.

  5. Click 'Add Hours' at the bottom of the auto-reply time menu to add the hours when the automatic reply will be sent.
    1. Set the day and time that the message will be sent automatically. If you click 'All-day', the message will be sent automatically for 24 hours on the selected day of the week.
    2. Click 'OK' to save changes.

  8. Click 'Apply' at the bottom.

Change the automatic reply time for messages within company

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
  2. Tap  at the top right.
  3. Tap 'Auto-Reply'.
  4. Tap 'Auto-Reply to Internal Messages'.
  5. Tap right to the automatic reply time that you have set.
  6. Tap 'Edit'.
  7. Change the day and time.
  8. Tap 'Save' to save the changes.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click at the top right.
  4. Click right to 'Auto-Reply to Internal Messages'.
  5. Click 'Edit' right to the automatic reply time that you have set.
  6. Change the day and time in the 'Auto-Reply Time' window.
  7. Click 'Save'.

Delete the time slot for automatic replies to internal company messages

You must have at least one time slot set for automatic replies. The last remaining time slot cannot be deleted.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
  2. Tap  at the top right.
  3. Tap 'Auto-Reply'.
  4. Tap 'Auto-Reply to Internal Messages'.
  5. Tap right to the automatic reply time that you have set.
  6. Tap 'Delete'.
  7. Tap 'Save' to save the changes.

Disable automatic replies for internal company messages

If you disable the automatic reply, the set message will no longer be sent automatically.

Automatic replies to external messages

Set up automatic reply messages to be sent when you receive 1:1 messages from LINE or NAVER WORKS users outside your company.

Delete time slot for the automatic reply

There must be at least 1 automatic reply time slot set. The last remaining time slot cannot be deleted.

If you disable the automatic reply, the set message will no longer be sent automatically.
