Delete mobile app data

If you have lost your device or no longer use it, you can delete the NAVER WORKS app data to protect company information.

Delete mobile app data

You can remotely delete the NAVER WORKS mobile app data on the device.

NAVER WORKS app will be initialized and files you downloaded will be deleted when deleting remotely.

However, only the data and files of the account currently logged in will be deleted when using multiple accounts.

Once deleted, you will not be able to restore the data.

Mobile App

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Device'.
  4. Select the device to remotely manage from the 'Devices Accessed Within the Last 3 Years' list.
  5. Tap 'Delete app data'.

PC Web

  1. Click your profile picture at the top right.
  2. Select 'Device'.
  3. Select the device to remotely manage from the 'Devices Accessed Within the Last 3 Years' list.
  4. Click 'Delete app data'.
