Set screen lock

For safe use of your mobile app, you can set a screen lock whenever you open the app again.

It is recommended to set up a screen lock to protect your work data.

Turn on screen lock

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Login and security' to access the screen where you can change the settings on the 'Screen Lock' and 'Quick Login' functions.
  4. Tap 'Unlock with PIN' under 'Screen Lock' to turn on the screen lock.
  5. Set up a PIN that will be used to unlock the screen.
    • If no PIN is added, enter a new PIN and confirm it once again to add your new PIN and activate 'Screen Lock'.
    • If the 'Quick Login' is activated in advance, enter the same PIN to enable 'Screen Lock'.
  6. After adding your PIN, you can then enable 'Unlock with biometric verification'.
    • If you turn on 'Unlock with biometric verification', you can log in using the biometric authentication information (e.g., fingerprint, face recognition, or any method provided by the device) added on your device instead of entering a PIN.
    • If you turn off 'Unlock with biometric verification', you can only log in by entering a PIN.

 

Turn off screen lock

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Login and security' to access the screen where you can change the settings on the 'Screen Lock' and 'Quick Login' functions.
  4. Tap 'Unlock with PIN' under 'Screen Lock' to turn off the screen lock.
  5. Enter your PIN to disable the 'Screen Lock'.

Change your PIN

You can change the PIN used for 'Screen Lock' and 'Quick login (Mobile app)' on your mobile app'.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Login and security' to access the screen where you can change the settings on the 'Screen Lock' and 'Quick Login' functions.
  4. Tap 'Change PIN' on the bottom.
  5. Enter your current PIN.
  6. Enter a new PIN. Please note that you cannot use the current PIN as your new PIN.
  7. Confirm your new PIN to complete PIN registration.

When using the 'Quick Login' function, you must log in with your new PIN.
