You can view Drive’s current usage statistics.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Statistics' to expand the menu, then click 'Drive' to go to 'Drive'. On mobile, tap
to open the menu. - Press 'Usage'.
File status
File status statistics for the entire drive, including collaborative folders, message room folders, and personal folders are aggregated based on the previous day's usage.
- Capacity in Use: Total size of files uploaded to collaborative folders, message room folders, and personal folders
- No. of files: The total number of files uploaded to collaborative folders, message room folders, and personal folders
Usage status per folder
Storage space statistics for collaborative folders, message room folders, and personal folders are aggregated based on the previous day's usage.
The storage in use for collaborative folders and message room folders are included in shared storage.

You can view the size and proportion occupied by file types (documents, images, videos, audio, archived files, and others) in Drive.
