Usage status

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can view Drive’s current usage statistics.

  1. Select 'Statistics' from the left to expand the menu and press 'Drive' to access the page. On mobile, tap the button to access the menus. 
  2. Press 'Usage'.

File status

The file statistics for all drives, including Collaborative Folder, Message Room Folder, and Personal Folder are compiled based on the previous day.

  • Capacity in Use: The total size of files uploaded to Collaborative Folder, Message Room Folder, and Personal Folder.
  • No. of files: The total number of files uploaded to Collaborative Folder, Message Room Folder, and Personal Folder.

Usage status per folder

The storage statistics used by Collaborative Folder, Message Room Folder, and Personal Folder are compiled based on the previous day.
The storage capacity in use for Collaborative Folder and Message Room Folder are included in shared storage capacity.

Item Description
Collaborative Folders Total storage capacity used in collaborative folders
Message Room Folder Total storage capacity used in message room folders
Personal folder Total storage capacity used in personal folders
Folders and files Total storage capacity used by uploaded folders and files
Version history Total storage capacity used by file version histories
Trash The storage capacity used by deleted files and folders in Trash. Permanently deleting the files and folders in the trash will free up space.

Usage status per file type

The usage statistics includes all file types in Collaborative Folder, Message Room Folder, and Personal Folder.

You can view the size and proportion occupied by file types (documents, images, videos, audio, archived files, and others) in Drive.
