1. Change your password to keep your account safe

The first thing you should do after you realize that you have lost your work device is to change the password of the account that is logged in on that device. When you change the password, your account will be automatically logged out from all devices, and require new password to log back in. You can keep your NAVER WORKS account safe this way.

2. Delete all your NAVER WORKS data stored in the device to prevent information leakage

Remotely delete your NAVER WORKS account data to prevent important business information from leaking even if you have changed your password. You can use the NAVER WORKS remote device management function to delete the data stored in your lost device before anyone can access it, and prevent business information leakage.

3. Enhance account security with 2-step verification

It is not easy to manage your work device all the time while engaged in busy work on-site. That is why it is important to protect your account in advance before an incident happens.
