Add frequently used words, proper noun and jargon by language.

You can increase the recognition accuracy by adding frequently used words.

Frequently used words (up to 1,000 words) added by administrators are applied to all members and are displayed in their 'Frequently used words' setting.

Frequently used words (up to 1,000 words) added by each member apply only to that member.

The word must be at least two characters long and is case-sensitive. You can enter up to 20 characters including alphabets and numbers.

Add frequently used words

Add and manage frequently used words.

Most recently added words appear first at the top left.

Once a word is added, it cannot be edited. If needed, click the 'X' icon to delete it and add again.

1. In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'ClovaNote'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
2. Select the 'Frequently Used Words' tab.
3. To add frequently used words in a specific language, click the 'Manage' menu on the right of the language you want to add words for (Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese).
4. Enter the words directly in the 'Add frequently used words' field and press 'Add' to add, or select 'Upload File' to add via file in bulk.
