Edit documents

This feature is available after applying for the Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core or Standard Plus plan of WORKS Drive.

Edit document files in the message folder without any external programs.

You can only edit files that are 300 MB or less in Document Editor.

Members who have access to document files can co-edit documents in real time.

Document Editor supported files

The file extensions supported by the Document Editor are as follows.

  • MS Office files (.doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx)
  • Other files (.csv, .txt)

Using the Document Editor

You can open documents in the message room folder with the editor to collaborate and save changes in real-time.

PC Web

  1. Click of the file to open with Document Editor from the file list.
  2. Click 'Edit Document'.
