The mini-profile is an Admin profile designed for quickly checking member information and handling tasks efficiently.
In Admin, it can be difficult to identify members with the same names or without profile pictures.
In mini-profile, administrators can easily identify members and conduct member-related tasks with features such as Change Password and Set Leave of Absence.
When you press the area where members are displayed in Admin, the following mini-profile appears.
Mini-profiles are visible to all administrators and provide the information below to help you identify members.
- Photo
- Name (Name in multi-language)
- Job level
- Primary team/Job position
- Member status (Awaiting, In use, Pending, Suspended, Deleted)
In addition to member information, mini-profile provides the following features: Change Password, Suspended, Block App Usage, Set Leave of Absence, Change ID, Delete Account.
Only administrators with access to the Admin 'Member' menu can use these functions. They enable quick access to frequently used member management features and allow prompt response to urgent security issues. Each function is also available in the Admin 'Member Information'. Press 'More' at the bottom of the mini-profile to go to the 'Member Information' page.
However, only administrators with access to the 'Member' menu can go to the 'Member Information' screen.
