Load the bot registered in the Developer Console and make it available for members to use.
Bot list
Check the list and information of bots used by your company.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Bot' to go to 'Bot'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Image: An image of a bot registered in the Developer Console.
- Bot No.: A serial number registered in the Developer Console.
- Bot name: A name of a bot registered in the Developer Console.
- Description: A description of a bot registered in the Developer Console.
- Permission: Displays the number of members who have permission to use the bot. If all members have permission to use it, 'All' is displayed.
- Manager: This person is in charge of the bot registered in the Developer Console.
Add a bot
Add a bot for your members to use.
You can add bots in the preparing status from the Developer Console.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Bot' to go to 'Bot'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Press 'Add Bot' at the top of the page to go to the bot addition screen.
- After selecting the bot to add, press 'Add Bot' to add a bot.
Edit the permission to use Bots and privacy settings
Edit the permission to use and privacy setting values of the bot you are using.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Bot' to go to 'Bot'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Press the bot you want to edit from the list and open the 'Bot info' window.
- Press 'Edit' to change the permission and privacy settings.
- Permission
- All: Any member of the company can talk to this bot. Bots set as a type to chat in 1:N and team/group message rooms in Developer Console can only have 'All' for the permission.
- Selected Members: Only the selected members can chat with this bot. Bots set as a type to chat in 1:1 in Developer Console can only have 'Selected members' for the permission.
- Visibility setting
- Public: Bots set to public will be displayed to the contact list of all members with permission, and members can chat with the bot by selecting it from their contact list.
- Private: Bots set to private are not displayed in the message lists of members regardless of the permission to use bots. The bot can start a conversation by sending the first message, or you can initiate or continue a conversation with the bot in a message room where it is present.
- Permission
- Press 'Save' at the bottom.
Delete a bot
Delete the selected bot from the list. If you delete a bot, members who were chatting with the deleted bot will no longer be able to use that bot. Existing message rooms will remain, and bots registered in the Developer Console can be added again even if they have been deleted from the list.
After deleting a bot from the Admin, the deleted bot will no longer be available in the message room list.
Even if you delete a bot in Admin, existing 1:1 message rooms and conversation history will not be deleted. However, you will no longer be able to chat with the bot in this message room.
Even if a bot is deleted from Admin, you can still chat with it if it was previously invited to a 1:N or team/group message room. However, selecting a bot profile in this message room will no longer allow you to start a conversation with a deleted bot.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Bot' to go to 'Bot'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Select multiple bots from the list to delete them at once, or delete each bot individually by pressing 'Delete' at the bottom of the Bot info window.
Search bot
Search for bots by name, bot number, or description in the list.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Bot' to go to 'Bot'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- At the top right, press to enter search keywords suitable for each search category (All, Bot name, Bot No., Description).
