This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.
Members can manage other people's primary calendars, shared calendars, and subscribed calendars that they have shared with others.
The administrator can search for calendars that include a member's name, manage calendar members, and delete shared calendars.
Find a list of calendars to manage
You can find a calendar by using the name of the member with whom the calendar was shared .
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Calendar' to go to 'Calendar'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Select 'Manage Calendars'.
- Enter a member's name in the search box to retrieve a list of calendars that include that member.
Manage calendar members
Administrators can change calendar member permissions or add calendar sharing members.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Calendar' to go to 'Calendar'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Select 'Manage Calendars'.
- Press 'Calendar Setting' right to the name of the calendar you selected from the search results.
- From the 'Calendar Setting' window, change the permission of calendar members, or add a new member from a search bar.
- Press 'Save' at the bottom to apply changes.
Delete calendars
Calendars can be deleted by administrators. The administrators can delete calendars. When you delete a calendar, all participants and events saved will also be deleted and cannot be restored.
- In the left menu of Admin, select 'Service' to expand the menu, then click 'Calendar' to go to 'Calendar'. On mobile, tap to open the menu.
- Select 'Manage Calendars'.
- Press 'Calendar Setting' right to the name of the calendar you selected from the search results.
- Press 'Calendar Setting' at the bottom of the 'Delete' window.
- 'Delete' button is only available for shared or subscribed calendars
- 'Delete' button is not available for the default calendar
- Press 'OK'.
