NAVER WORKS Calendar offers the following types of calendars.
- My Calendars
- Company Calendar
- Message Room Calendar
My Calendar
The following are the types of My Calendar.
- Default Calendar
- Shared or Received Calendars
- Task Calendar
Default Calendar
A calendar that is automatically available to all members.
You will view the default calendar of each member when checking members' schedules or available time to create an event.
Shared or received calendars
Calendars that you've created and shared with other members, or that have been shared with you by other members.
- Shared Calendar
- Public Calendar
- Subscribed Calendar
- External Subscribed Calendar
Task Calendar
A calendar that is automatically available to all members who have access to Calendar and Task.
You can view tasks with due dates that you have assigned or requested in the Task Calendar.
However, in Message Room Task, only tasks you are in charge or requester are displayed.
Company Calendar
Company Calendar is a calendar created by the administrator and can be viewed by all members. However, members cannot edit or delete events added by the administrator.
Company Calendar is located at the bottom of My Calendar. Calendars are named with the company and organization names set by your administrator.
The administrator can enable or disable Company Calendar and manage events in Manage a Company Calendar of Admin.
Message Room Calendar
Message Room Calendar is a calendar that allows you to share schedules among members of general message rooms or team/group message rooms.
All members can freely create, edit, or delete events.
