This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.
You can view details of files and folders, including their lock status and sharing settings.
The details you can view are as follows. Some items may not be displayed depending on the file format or status.
- File
- Basic information: Type, Location, Size, Modified By, Modified, Created
- Sharing information: Share with, Lock(Info), Share Link(Create Link, Link Settings)
- Additional information (image files, etc.): Date taken, Width, Height
- Folder
- Basic information: Type, Location, Used storage, Modified By, Modified, Created
- Sharing information: Master(s), Share with, Lock(Info), Share Link(Create Link, Link Settings)
View details
Mobile
- Tap
of a file or folder. - Tap 'Details'.
- Folder info
- Sharing
Depending on the folder type or permission, you may not be able to see the version history, file lock, file sharing, etc.
PC Web
- Click
at the top. - Click 'Drive'.
- Click
at the right of the file or folder. - Click 'Details'.
Drive App
- Tap
of a file or folder. - Tap 'Details'.

- File Information
- Icon, file name
- File info: Type, Location, Size, Created date, Updated date
- File lock, Locked date, User who locked the file
- Folder Information
- Type, Location, Created date, Updated date
- Sharing information
- Share Folder: Sharing status and shared members
- Share link: Sharing status
