When external contacts are blocked, members who have been granted external connection permissions by the administrator can view, unblock, or delete the blocked external contacts.
Check blocked contacts
You can view the list of blocked users.
Mobile
- Tap 'Home' at the bottom.
- Tap .
- Tap 'Chat with External Users'.
- Tap 'Blocked Members' to check the list.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Message'.
- Click at the top right.
- Click right to 'Manage Blocked External Users'.
- View the list of blocked users.
PC App
- Click at the bottom left of the screen.
- Click 'Settings'.
- Click the 'Chat with\nExternal Users' tab.
- Click 'Edit' under 'Blocked Members'.
- View the list of blocked users.
Unblock blocked contacts
You can unblock users who have been blocked.
If you unblock the users, you can receive messages from them again.

- Tap 'Edit' right to the user you want to unblock or delete.
- Tap 'Unblock'.
