You can send an email or event invitation to all members in General/Team/Group Message Room at once.
Send an email to all members in the message room
When sending an email, you can add all members in the message room as recipients instead of adding them one by one.
Mobile
- Tap in a message room.
- Tap 'Email'.
- Tap 'Confirm' to write an email and send it.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Message'.
- Click a Team/Group Message Room from the message room list.
- Click at the top right of the message room.
- Click 'Email'.
- In the compose email window, write your email and click 'Send' at the top left to send it.
Invite all members of the message room to an event
When sending an invitation to an event, you can add all members in the message room as attendees instead of adding them one by one.
Mobile
- Tap in a message room.
- Tap 'Invite'.
- Tap 'Confirm' to send an event invitation.
PC Web
- Click at the top.
- Click 'Message'.
- Click a Team/Group Message Room from the message room list.
- Click at the top right of the message room.
- Click 'Invite'.
- In the create new event window, enter the details of the event and click 'Save' at the top left to invite members.
