Send posts

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

You can send posts to the Board or Note of other message rooms.

Send a post to the Note in another message room

Mobile

  1. Open the post you want to send to the Note of another message room.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap .
  4. Select a Note from the other teams/groups and choose the board to send the post.
  5. Edit the post title, content, and attachment if necessary.
  6. Tap 'Save' to send the post to the Note of the other message room. Select 'Yes' to send a notification to the message room.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room you want.
  4. In the 'Note' tab on the right, click the post to send to the Note of other message room.
  5. Click at the top right.
  6. Click 'Send'.
  7. Click 'Send to Other Note'.
  8. Click a message room to send the post.
  9. Click 'Confirm'.
  10. Edit the content if necessary and click 'Save' at the top. Select 'Send notification to message room' and then click 'Confirm' to send a notification to the message room.

Send a post to Board

Mobile

  1. Open the post you want to send to Board.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap .
  4. Select a board to send the post.
  5. Edit the post title, content, and attachment if necessary.
  6. Tap 'Save' to send the post to the board. Select 'Yes' to send the notification on a new post.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click the message room that has the Note post you want to send to the board.
  4. In the 'Note' tab on the right, click the Note post to send to Board.
  5. Click at the top right.
  6. Click 'Send'.
  7. Click 'Send to Board'.
  8. Select a board to send the post and click 'Confirm'.
  9. Edit the content if necessary and click 'Publish'. Select 'Send post upload notification' and then click 'Confirm' to send a notification.
