Send a file via message

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

You can easily share files from the message room folder by sending them to the message room.

Send a file via message

Mobile App

  1. Tap right to the file you want to send.
  2. Tap 'Send'.
  3. Tap 'Send as File'.
  4. Select the destination you want to send the file to. Tap 'More' to select a different message room.
    Tap 'Contacts' to select a contact.
  5. Tap 'Confirm' to send the file.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room in the message room list on the left.
  4. Click the 'Folder' tab right of the message room.
  5. Click right to the file you want to send via message.
  6. Click 'Send via message'.
  7. Select the contact or message room to send the file and click 'Forward'.

Send multiple files via message

Mobile App

  1. Long-press the file you want to send.
  2. Select the files to send.
  3. Tap .
  4. Tap 'Send as File'.
  5. Select the destination you want to send the file to. Tap 'More' to select a different message room.
    Tap 'Contacts' to select a contact.
  6. Tap 'Confirm' to send the file.

PC Web

  1. Click at the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room in the message room list on the left.
  4. Click the 'Folder' tab right of the message room.
  5. Select the files you want to send via message and then right-click.
  6. Click 'Send via message'.
  7. Select the contact or message room to send the file and click 'Forward'.
